Guided by Desiree Llanos Dee,
an illustrator and a professional doodler. She is a committed learner, a curious listener, and an innovative social artist. Desiree is currently working on her book, the Alphabet of Mindfulness, which has been featured on ANC.
She received her Five Mindfulness Trainings from Plum Village in France in 2016, an esteemed monastery led by the renowned Vietnamese Buddhist monk and mindfulness teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh. Desiree is based in Manila, Philippines.
Co-facilitated by Nityalila Saulo,
an artist-musician from the Philippines. She is the founder and creator of YogiFair, a yoga and vegan festival in Manila. Nityalila’s upbringing in an ashram, where she embraced minimalism and mindfulness while under the guidance of Vaishnava devotees, has profoundly shaped her yogini lifestyle. In 2019, she received her Five Mindfulness Trainings from Thai Plum Village in Thailand. Nityalila is currently based in San Diego, California.
This class is hosted by Tofu Creatives, a design and doodle company founded by Desiree Llanos Dee and Nityalila Saulo.
